TSA WINS 2017 HIGHLAND PARK HISTORIC PRESERVATION AWARD
Our Tudor Renovation been granted an Historic Preservation Award by the Historical Preservation Commission of Highland Park, Illinois. The Historical Preservation Commission sponsors awards to those projects that preserve, conserve and protect buildings, objects, landscapes or other artifacts of historical significance of the historic homes in Highland Park.

“HOUSE ON THE POND” AND “TUDOR REVIVAL” FEATURED IN MARVIN’S 2014 ARCHITECTS CHALLENGE
2 projects, Tudor Revival and House on a Pond, were featured in Marvin’s 2014 Architects challenge publication. They were noted as “Successfully fitting within the surrounding historic residential vernacular,” as well as “visually and functionally connecting the interior to the landscape, blurring the line between inside and out and flooding the interior with light.”

TUDOR REVIVAL RECEIVES 2011 HIGHLAND PARK PRESERVATION AWARD FOR REHABILITATION
The Tudor Revival project was recently awarded a Preservation Award and the judges were impressed by the “remarkable rehabilitation work over much of the house, and especially the care that went into blending the new addition with the existing house. The brick work was seamless and the Tudor Style characteristics carried over very well.”
