PROJECT ARCHITECT
As a Project Manager, I enjoy the challenge of translating ideas into words and images and then into built form. I try to bring a broad perspective to projects in order to advocate for engaging our design skills fully in the process as well as the product, and for communicating our best ideas effectively while always wanting to make sure that the spaces between and on the margins are given the same thoughtful attention as the largest gestures.
Outside of work I volunteer in support of Chicago Public Schools, I am a trained birth doula, and I am learning to play hockey. I like to spend quality time with my husband and two children, trying to impress them with the latest breakthrough in microbial ecology or to convince them that they want to go on another very cool assembly plant tour.
