We were asked to remodel the kitchen and living suite of the Traditional Estate house located on the Three Season Cabana property. The client wanted to update the interior to a clean, simple aesthetic while still paying homage to the traditional heritage of the home. Our challenge was to rectify the traditional layout and existing windows of the home with a modern material palette to achieve the desired contemporary yet classical feel. We removed the bulky cabinets dividing up the kitchen and living room in lieu of a simpler, more open layout. The new openness between spaces - combined with a refined selection of soft whites and warm, natural materials - takes advantage of the plentiful amount of natural light flowing into the spaces to breathe new life into the home.
