BEN TANG

EDUCATION

Ben Tang received his Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where a project was honorably mentioned in the Fast Company’s 2021 World Changing Ideas within the student submissions. He received his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies also at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he had the opportunity to study abroad in Spain for a year through a joint program with the school of Architecture in Sant Cugat del Vallès and the University of Illinois School of Architecture.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Ben Tang joined SHAFER CROWE KUECK | ARCHITECTURE + DESIGN LLC in November 2022 as an Architectural Associate for a probationary period and soon after he was brought on full-time working alongside with the Project Architects and their projects.

Ben Tang has previously worked as a design associate with one of his university professors at his personal design and build practice for a summer internship.
