Our office at 939 Chicago Avenue in Evanston, Illinois. Originally a furniture warehouse, we completely stripped the interior of the building while disturbing as little of the building's shell as possible. Minimal insertions were then made to house work spaces and office functions without disrupting the spirit of the now-exposed masonry and bow-truss structure.
